Nonetheless, we created the California Fantasy 5 game and manually entered the recent draw results one at a time. Most shockingly, Lottery Looper does not provide any lottery games as part of their lottery software package! The InstallShield setup is smooth but Lottery Looper is only available as a 32-bit program. Lottery Looper can be downloaded from Timersoft website and the software is only available in English.Ī scan at VirusTotal shows that the installation file is clean. We downloaded, installed and comprehensively tested Lottery Looper Version 2.4 (released in January 2018). We hope our in-depth review can save you from wasting your precious time in this software. ![]() The software is not user-friendly, very poorly designed and lack functionality. In theory a Warlock 2/Sorcerer 2 could spend both sorcery points to create a 1st level slot, then spend both pact magic slots to recharge the sorcery points, short rest and repeat for near-limitless 1st level slots, but they wouldn't gain access to 2nd level slots this way. With an overall score of less than 2, Lottery Looper is one of the worst lottery software! At the very minimum, it should include the historical results for some lottery games. ![]() Though honestly if you ever reach level 20 as a sorcerer without multiclass, this still isn't the most game-breaking rule in existence and you probably deserve something special.Īlso: your spell slots can exceed your normal allowance, your sorcery points cannot. It is worth noting that this trick is also possible using the sorcerer capstone, without needing to multiclass. It's also more reliable than invoking the Xanathar's rule about exhaustion points for going without sleep, since you can get around that one with Greater Restoration. It's not exactly an official rule, but it's one approach DMs might take to prevent Sorlock abuse. For example, if your 2nd level sorcerer wakes up fresh from a long rest with all spell slots and sorcery points restored, they could use their sorcery points to create an additional first level slot on top of their already "full tank" If a level 7 sorcerer dumped all 7 sorcery points into it, they could create a 5th level slot before they normally have access to 5th level spells.Īs well, if you have enough sorcery points to devote to it, you can exceed your normal spell slot limit for a given spell level. That being said, if you are a high enough level sorcerer, you can in fact create a slot above what you normally have access to if you have enough sorcery points at once. This would allow them to create multiple first level slots over several short rests (using warlock slots) but not a second level slot. A level 2 sorcerer would only ever be able to have 2 sorcery points at a time. ![]() No, you can never have more sorcery points than the maximum allowed by your sorcerer level. The only thing regulating this is sorcery point limits and the fact that it all resets on a long rest. I'm not sure if this is actually legitimate or not. I feel like this shouldn't be allowed, but with how loose the rules on 5e are compard to other editions, and no clear statement anywhere saying you can't go over your daily starting total or have spell slots of a higher level than you can cast (I know that last one is possible via certain multiclass combinations). They could then dump all of their points into two 2nd level spell slots? ![]() Is there anything stopping a Sorcerer/Warlock from converting all of their Pact Magic slots into Sorcery Points, then dumping those points back into Sorcerer Spell Slots to go over their limit or even have spell slots they shouldn't have at that level?Įxample: A Warlock 2/Sorcerer 2 takes their two 1st level Warlock spell slots and converts them back into two Sorcery Points, then take a short rest and regain those two spell slots to do it again? Combined with the two they start with that would give them 6 Sorcery Points. A friend of mine recently pointed out to me that nowhere in the PHB under Spellcasting or the chapter on magic, does it say that you cannot have more spell slots than what your level says you do on the table.
